Spring Energy: TRE & Neurographic Art Session
Step into spring with a practical half-day experience designed to support stress release, self-regulation and creative expression.
The session combines TRE tension-release exercises with a guided Neurographic Art process in the calm, light-filled N.E.W Studio overlooking the ocean.
What to expect
TRE tension-release session
A guided sequence of exercises that may activate the body’s natural tremor response. The process is introduced gradually, with attention to comfort, pacing and self-regulation.
Neurographic Art session
A structured drawing process using lines, shapes and colour to explore thoughts, emotions and new perspectives. No previous art experience is required.
