Lead & Create: Youth Leadership Festival

Lead & Create is a two-day interactive workshop designed for teenagers aged between 11–18, offering them an opportunity to build confidence, develop practical life skills, explore their creativity, and discover their individual strengths in a fun and supportive environment.

The programme will include a variety of hands-on and engaging workshops focusing on:

• Leadership and teamwork
• Creativity and out-of-the-box thinking
• Adaptability and problem-solving
• Practical life skills
• Confidence-building
• Collaboration, communication and play

The workshops are a combination of individual and group activities, giving participants the opportunity to learn, challenge themselves, meet new people and make new friends.

Workshop Details:

Dates: 30 September & 1 October 2026

Times: 9:00am – 4:00pm each day

Location: The Bay Academy, Hout Bay

Age group: 11yrs –18yrs

Cost: R1,990 per person

The fee includes all materials, snacks and lunch on both days. Places are limited to a maximum of 50 participants, so early registration is recommended.
