RMB | UTD 2027 Hotel Bookings

For RMB|UTD 2027 there are a number of Premier Resorts Sani Pass Hotel rooms available on a 3 night package with dinner and breakfast included daily.

You can opt for Thursday, Friday and Saturday, or Friday, Saturday and Sunday. You will able to add extra nights to the 3 nights you select.

Rooms will open for bookings on Quicket on 29^th September at 12 noon. Only runners entered into UTD 2027 by 12 noon on the 28^th of September will get access to the hotel room booking process.

Hotel Rooms

To secure your room at Premier Sani Pass Hotel, a R900 deposit per room is required. (Please scroll further down for instructions on how to book)

You’ll be able to choose your room type, how many people will be sharing, and give us details like dietary preferences, room setup, and which race you’re running.

Premier Resort Sani Pass Hotel will use this information to put your booking together and send you an invoice to confirm and pay before the final due date.

Above prices include:

• 3 nights accommodation with dinner and breakfast at Premier Sani Pass hotel
• There will be early breakfast options for those with early race starts before breakfast opens. A simpler menu, packed, take-away box or similar solution.
• Runners still out on course when the dinner service closes on Friday and Saturday nights will be accommodated with a plated serving prepared for them, or similar solution.

PROCESS FOR TO SECURE YOUR ROOM

Before you begin, make sure you have received your personal Access Code via email from Ultra Trail Drakensberg. Runners who enter UTD 2027 before 12:00 on the 28th Of September 2026 will receive an Access Code to be able to secure a hotel room on the 29th at 12:00. Entered runners will be sent their code on the afternoon of the 28th.

• To book a room refresh the event page at 12:00 on the 29th September, using the circular arrow icon to the left of the event web address.
• You then need to click the green TICKETS button which will take you to the layout of the hotel. The rooms will be greyed out and unavailable. You can only access the rooms once you enter the code you received from UTD.
• In the top left corner of the screen there is a space to Enter Promotional Code. Enter your Access Code here. A valid code will give you access to the hotel layout where you can book your room. The room layout map will now have different colour blocks indicating you had a valid code.
• Make sure to scroll down to see all rooms as the full map may not be visible on some screens.
• Move your mouse over the rooms(square blocks) & click anywhere to zoom in so that you can see all the info & be sure that it suits your needs & then click on the room that you want to book.
• Click on select + (plus) sign to select your room & the digit 1 appears. Ensure the room moves across to your order summary on the right. You will be able to secure a maximum of 2 rooms. Once you are happy with your order summary then click NEXT and follow the prompts to answer ALL the questions.
• Make sure you ANSWER ALL THE QUESTIONS before making payment to ensure you have accurately requested all that you require. Premier Resort Sani Pass Hotel will use the information you supply to these questions to create your booking, and invoice you accordingly.
• You will only be able to click next if you have ticked that you have read & understood the payment & cancellation terms.
• Fees may apply as per below payment & cancellation terms.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS

• A deposit of R900 per room secures your booking.
• In mid-January 2027, you will receive an invoice reflecting your booking, and your balance amount outstanding.
• Final balance is due before 26th February 2027.
• You can change the details of your booking, such as meal preferences and King or Twin beds - but not the actual room you have booked. Please email [email protected] with your change requirements.
• Should you wish to cancel before the 26th February 2027, you need to email [email protected] & we will do our utmost to fill your room for you from the waitlist. The person taking over your room will pay the R900 deposit to you & only once this is confirmed in writing from you, will the room be transferred.
• Should we not be able to find anyone to take over your room, an admin cancellation fee of R900 will apply up to 26th February 2027.
• Bookings not fully settled by 26th February 2027, and not cancelled in writing to [email protected] before 26th February 2027, will lose the booking and forfeit the R900 deposit.
• From 27th February 2027 to 26th March 2027 a 50% of total booking cancellation fee will apply.
• From 27th March 2027 to 22^nd April 2027 there will be no refunds (100% cancellation fee).
