Keenan Ahrends Live at Jozi Gold Brewing Company

The Keenan Ahrends quartet comes to the Jozi Gold stage on the 8th of August 2026.

Having just returned from a tour in the USA, Ahrends brings together long time collaborators Sisonke Xonti, Benjamin Jephta and Sphelelo Mazibuko for a special evening of sonic exploration. This unit will perform newly composed music weaving together improvisation, ballads and groove with Ahrends' distinctive melancholic touch.

Come and hear new works mixed in with old favourites performed by some of the leading voices in contemporary South African jazz.
