SunUp: Party Like It’s Your Birthday

You’re invited to celebrate SunUp Co-Founder and movement fanatic, Via Henderson’s birthday with yoga, dance, music, cake and good energy.

My birthday falls on a SunUp Saturday this year, so I’m turning it into a party and you’re invited.

We’ll start with yoga, followed by a special Conscious Dance session led by me. Expect great music, plenty of movement, birthday cake and all the joyful SunUp energy.
