SunUp: Party Like It’s Your Birthday

Start your Saturday with outdoor yoga, conscious dance, music by DJ Mandy and birthday cake, surrounded by nature in Greenside.

Join us for a feel-good morning of movement and music in the fresh air. We’ll begin with a yoga session, then move into a special Conscious Dance session, with DJ Mandy on the decks. Then we’ll finish with cake and a few surprises.

SunUp brings people together through outdoor movement, music and connection. Our mornings are all about getting outside, feeling good and starting your weekend on a high. All bodies, movement levels and dance abilities are welcome. No experience needed, just come as you are.

A note from Via

Hi, it’s Via from SunUp. My birthday falls on a SunUp Saturday this year, so I’m turning it into a party and you’re invited. I’ll be leading the Yoga and Conscious Dance session myself, and I’d love to celebrate another trip around the sun with you. See you on the dance floor. Via x
