SunUp: Move in Pink

A morning of mindful movement, conversation and community in support of breast cancer awareness. Wear a touch of pink and move with purpose.

This October, we’re moving in pink. Join the SunUp community for a morning dedicated to awareness, connection and support for everyone whose life has been touched by breast cancer.

Set against the open, natural surroundings of Johannesburg, the experience will bring together gentle movement, meaningful conversation and joyful dance. We’ll walk, talk, breathe and move together, creating space to honour those affected while celebrating courage, community and the strength found in showing up for one another.

The morning will remain true to everything SunUp represents: accessible wellness, human connection and joy without pressure.

What to Expect

What to Bring

Bring water, comfortable walking shoes, a yoga mat if requested in the final programme and something warm for the early morning.
