NOVA 2026 – TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ENTRY & ATTENDANCE

By purchasing a ticket or attending NOVA ("the Event"), you ("the Attendee") agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Admission, Age Restriction & Identification

• Strictly No Under 16: This event has a strict age restriction of 16 and older. No persons under the age of 16 will be permitted entry under any circumstances. Valid physical identification (ID, School ID, Driver’s License, or Passport UNLESS GRANTED ACCESS BY FOUNDERS OR PROMOTERS) must be presented at the gate upon request. Digital copies or photos of IDs will not be accepted.
• Management and security reserve the right to refuse entry or eject any person displaying intoxicated, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior, without a refund.

2. Ticket Policies & Refunds

• No Refunds: All ticket sales are final. Tickets are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including personal scheduling conflicts or failure to attend. Refunds will only be issued if the Event is officially cancelled or permanently postponed by the Organizers.
• In the event of postponement, tickets will automatically remain valid for the rescheduled date.
• Ticket Transfers: You may transfer your ticket via the Quicket platform if available. The Organizers will not honor tickets bought from unauthorized third-party scalpers.

3. Security & Prohibited Items

• Right of Admission Reserved: All attendees are subject to a security search upon entry. Refusal to cooperate will result in denial of entry.
• Strictly Prohibited Items: Weapons of any kind, illegal substances, alcohol, glass bottles, fireworks, explosives, professional camera/recording equipment (without media accreditation), and external food or beverages. Any prohibited items found will be confiscated.

4. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
