VINE & VOYAGE KNYSNA

• Registration: The Turbine Hotel from 10h00 to 14h00. Please allow sufficient time to register before boarding.
• Guests will receive an event wristband and tasting glass and will be required to complete the applicable safety acknowledgement/indemnity before boarding.
• Boats operate on a hop-on, hop-off basis from approximately 11h00. The final boats for tastings depart at 16h00 and tastings at participating homes close at 17h00.
• Official boarding point: Thesen Harbour Town, in front of Magic Lagoon Charters. Return point: Thesen Harbour Town, in the vicinity of Tapas/Magic Lagoon Charters.
• The Turbine Hotel will serve as the Investec Hub for additional tastings and wine-ordering opportunities.
• Participating wine estates, tasting stations, boats, routes, timings, food partners and programme elements may change where reasonably necessary for operational, safety or regulatory reasons.

AGE, ALCOHOL & CONDUCT

• This is an 18+ wine-tasting event. Valid proof of age may be requested.
• Alcohol may only be consumed in designated event areas and in accordance with applicable liquor licence conditions.
• Sasha Events reserves the right to refuse entry, boarding or continued participation to any person who is intoxicated, behaves dangerously or disruptively, or fails to comply with reasonable safety instructions, event rules or applicable law.
• Guests must follow the instructions of skippers, crew, event staff, safety personnel and venue/home representatives at all times.

BOAT & EVENT SAFETY

• Participation includes travel by boat and movement between jetties, decks and private properties. Guests must exercise reasonable care and wear suitable footwear.
• Boarding, routes, capacity and operations remain subject to weather, water conditions, safety requirements, permissions and instructions from the relevant authorities and operators.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sasha Events is not responsible for loss or damage arising from a guest’s failure to follow safety instructions, unlawful conduct, intoxication, negligence or misuse of event facilities. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

CANCELLATION, POSTPONEMENT & TICKET CHANGES

If Vine & Voyage cannot proceed on Saturday, 5 December 2026 due to unforeseen circumstances, safety, weather, regulatory requirements or other circumstances beyond the organiser’s reasonable control, Sasha Events may postpone or reschedule the event, including to Sunday, 6 December 2026 where practicable.

Ticket holders will be notified of the applicable arrangements.

Guest cancellations, refunds, transfers and any cancellation charges will be dealt with in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, other applicable South African law and the applicable Quicket terms.

Ticket transfers may only be processed through the approved booking platform or with the prior written consent of Sasha Events.

PHOTOGRAPHY & FILMING

Photography and filming may take place for event-recording, marketing and promotional purposes. Guests who prefer not to be photographed should advise the event team at registration. Reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate the request, although exclusion from incidental crowd or wide-angle imagery cannot be guaranteed.

ACCEPTANCE OF EVENT TERMS

By purchasing, accepting or using a ticket to Vine & Voyage, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these event terms and conditions, the applicable Quicket booking terms and all reasonable event safety rules and instructions. The person making a booking is responsible for bringing these terms to the attention of every person included in that booking.

These terms apply subject to the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and all other applicable South African laws. Nothing in these terms is intended to waive or limit any right or liability that may not lawfully be waived or limited.
