About Selim Kagee

A decade of intensive study in the classical Bel Canto tradition laid the foundation for a career that has taken Selim from local theatre productions to international stages.

Career highlights include a recording contract with EMI Records, a recording collaboration with Grammy-nominated Celtic Woman, and performances of national anthems at internationally televised rugby internationals involving South Africa, Wales and New Zealand. His acclaimed IL MONDO concert has enjoyed sold-out performances at theatres across the country, including Pieter Toerien's Montecasino in Johannesburg.

Today, Selim continues to captivate international audiences as a headline entertainer aboard leading luxury cruise lines, bringing his distinctive romantic style to audiences across Europe, North America, Australia and beyond.
