A Women's Month Dialogue

In honor of Women's Month, join Kafui Logah Awoonor in conversation with Denver Burgess and Rome Naidoo, two Cape Town men's work facilitators, for a thoughtful and embodied dialogue exploring what becomes possible when we meet one another with honesty, accountability, and compassion.

This is not a conversation about men versus women, nor is it about assigning blame. It is an invitation to explore how men's inner work shapes relationships, families, communities, and the broader collective. Together, we'll consider what becomes possible when we are all willing to show up with greater awareness, responsibility, and care.

Drawing from lived experience rather than expertise, Kafui, Denver, and Rome will share insights from their own journeys and the work they facilitate, inviting reflection on modern masculinity, emotional safety, accountability, and the role we each play in creating healthier ways of relating across genders.

Together we'll explore

• What is men's work, and why is it needed today?
• What changes when men begin to know themselves more honestly?
• What does it mean to be a safe man?
• What helps people of all genders feel emotionally safe with one another?
• What impact does men's inner work have on relationships, families, and communities?
• What does accountability look like in practice?
