Conscious connected breathwork circle.

A fast and powerful breathing practice, which can alter consciousness, perspective

and perception, support emotional processing and offer new insight.

Thursdays 7- 9pm

• Yoga mats and a few pillows available for those who need it. Of course fell free to bring your own.
• Bring a blanket.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before so we can start on time.
