I’m in My Thirties, Now What? — Redefining Success in Your 30s is an intimate coffee connect designed as an uplifting afternoon of honest conversation, reflection and connection. Although inspired by the two female directors of She CAn NPC, who are both in their thirties, the event is open to women and men of all ages.

The title reflects a question many of us ask at different stages of life: What does success look like for me now? You may be entering a new decade, navigating a career or family transition, reconsidering an old goal or simply making space for what matters most in your current season. You do not need to be in your thirties to feel part of this conversation.

Guests can look forward to a coaching segment with Karen Grant, Executive and Parental Transition Specialist Coach from Great Expectations Coaching. Karen will guide guests through a practical reflection on navigating change, balancing different roles and becoming more intentional about what success should look like in their current season.

This will be followed by a fireside chat with seasoned executive Nicolette Jacobs, a registered auditor with a MBA and Chartered Accountant (SA) with extensive experience in corporate governance, board governance as well as technical auditing and accounting. Nicolette will share personal and professional reflections on leadership, family, career growth, change and the lessons that have shaped how she defines success.

More than an event, this is an opportunity to support someone else’s journey too. Each R350 ticket purchased will cover three months of tutoring for a matric learner in 2027 through the She CAn NPC x Study with Aivee initiative.
