Turn your physical training into real-world impact. Join Rucking SA on Saturday, 25 July 2026 for a charity fitness walk at Wollies Animal Shelter in Pretoria North.

Rucking means walking with a weighted backpack. For this event, your weight is your charity donation!

How It Works:

• The Entry Fee: Bring one sealed 5 kg bag of dog food.
• The Load-Up: Slide that 5 kg bag straight into your rucksack. It is the perfect beginner-friendly weight.
• The Ruck: We will complete a secure 5 km dirt trail loop together.
• Shelter Dogs Only: To ensure absolute safety, no personal pets are allowed. Every registered participant will be paired up with a Wollies shelter dog who needs exercise and adoption exposure!
• The Finish Line: Drop your 5 kg food donation onto the community pile and earn exclusive Pre-Launch Hero Status for our upcoming web platform.

Event Timeline:

• ? 08:00 AM: Arrival, pack check-in, and safety briefing.
• ? 08:45 AM: Dog pairing and handler alignment.
• ? 09:00 AM Sharp: Step-off.
