Hästens JHB with Gongs sound healing in Melrose. @soundofgongs

About our event:

An Evening Sound Journey Like No Other

Hästens Beds in Collaboration with GONGS Sound Healing of Melrose Arch bring you a deeply restorative sound journey experience designed to relax the body, calm the mind, and nourish the soul.

Imagine lying on a luxurious Hästens bed, fully supported in comfort, while being gently guided through a meditation and immersed in the healing sounds and vibrations of gongs, singing bowls, and therapeutic instruments guided by Cheryl & Tamarin, who bring over 20 years of experience in sound therapy healing.

This journey is more than simply listening to sound.

The sounds vibrations move through the body, helping to quiet the nervous system, release tension and create space for stillness, balance, and deep rest. As the sounds wash over you, the mind begins to slow down, allowing you to drift into a meditative state where healing and restoration can naturally unfold.

An experience created to help you pause from the outside world and reconnect with yourself.

Come rest.

Come receive.

Come experience sound healing in a whole new way.

During this session, our wonderful facilitators will guide you through an enriching experience that will truly change your life.

Hästens is passionate about sleep and the amazing physical, mental, and emotional benefits you get when you have deep, uninterrupted sleep. This journey gives you an opportunity to learn how to create a calm and relaxing bedtime routine, which is essential to your overall sleep quality.
