Welcome to Modules 9 & 10 of the DEI ToT programme:

Modules 9 and 10 go together as a set: one looks at learning essential skills for facilitating courageous conversations and the other looks at practicing using these skills to facilitate courageous conversations.

The learning objectives include:

Module 9 - Developing Skills to Facilitate Courageous Conversations

• To reflect on one’s own capacity and growth areas for engaging in Courageous Conversations
• To learn tools and skills for engaging in and facilitating Courageous Conversations
• To consolidate learnings from the previous workshops related to DEI

Module 10 - Practising Facilitating Courageous Conversations

• To continue to reflect on one’s own capacity and growth areas for facilitating Courageous Conversations
• To practice applying the tools and skills for facilitating Courageous Conversations
• To continue to consolidate learnings from the previous workshops related to DEI

Given how these two workshops relate to each other, they are run on two consecutive Saturdays: 25 July, 2026 (Module 9) and 01 August, 2026 (Module 10). It is not possible to register for only one of these two modules, and the cost reflects the price of both modules combined.

As always, Module 1 is the only prerequisite to attend these workshops. (You do not have to have attended modules 2 through 8!)
