THE PREMISE

Sinful offers a perfect alibi, a dangerous excuse and sanctified permission for all who enter - to abandon their names at the door and delve into a world where premium electronic music, immersive art, and unbridled desire entwine until you forget where reality ends and fantasy begins.

Within these walls, masks conceal faces only so they may reveal your inner truth. Every whispered glance is a promise, every lingering touch a new conspiracy, every doorway another delicious descent into spectacle, seduction and sublime sonic surrender.

THE EXPERIENCE:

Sinful mixes together the very best of heart-stopping techno, high-production performance, and a rich world of glamourous gothic decor and stylish spooky sophistication. Like forbidden scripture, Sinful parts the velvet curtain between who you are...

...and who you've always longed to become.

A premium showcase of mesmerizing artistry and breathtaking beauty - immersive theatre that dissolves the line between audience and performer, fashion elevated to wearable art and an experiential club experience unlike any other. Every detail is curated to seduce: lavish décor, masterful performers, and a community that celebrates self-expression above all else.

(Featuring performance art, dance, aerial burlesque, fire, shibari, roaming characters, projection, immersive décor, incredible costume, and experiential play spaces)

THE SOUND:

Expect a main dancefloor of World-class electronic music domination that refuses to let your pulse recover, fueled by the most wicked alchemists of fire, sex and sound — maestros of mayhem who twist techno into temptation, who turn bass into a bladed whip and melody into a poison kiss that makes you blush before you bleed

(Featuring melodic, industrial, groove, bounce, psytrance, tech house, acid techno and more)

And discover our second sound space - not another thumping dance floor (we already have one of those) - This is something special, something deeper; a more intimate space for listening, feeling, connecting, dreaming, and of course dancing. Find this room to journey even deeper down the rabbit hole into melodic, groove, afro and psy, supported by a 7m curved LED screen of dynamic visuals.

THE VENUE:

Enter the 1600sqm SPECTRA warehouse - just 10 minutes from the city - transformed into an immersive Halloween-adjacent fever dream where every decadently decorated room reveals another secret...

Expect sensational sound, lighting and visual effects from Cape Town's best Audio Visual wizards.

Explore the main dancefloor, multiple lounge areas, fully licensed bar, food truck, and an outdoor courtyard space, transformed into a decadent, opulent, wicked world of Sinful splendor.

Discover naughty nooks and niches, scandalously sophisticated play spaces, a haunted labyrinth with many untold corners for conspiracies....

What happens at SPECTRA says there.

What happens at Sinful changes you forever.

THE DRESS CODE — (we take this seriously)

Theme: The Seven Deadly Sins - Not as forbidden vices, but rather ancient powers invoked in the name of honest celebration.

Choose one, surrender to its glamour, accept the gifts and allow the world to see you as you choose:

Lust drapes you in irresistible temptation. Hearts quicken. Eyes linger. Every glance mistakes you for its deepest unspoken desire.

Pride crowns you with perilous grandeur. You need not seek attention, it kneels before you subservient and obedient of its own accord.

Greed cloaks you in decadent abundance. Every treasure appears richer in your hands, every touch deepens the ambition, each indulgence becoming more intoxicating upon your lips.

Envy anoints you with exquisite obsession. Strangers cannot decide whether they wish to possess you, consume you or become you.

Wrath wraps you in magnificent menace. Your presence demands sacrifice, your pleasure provides penance.

Gluttony perfumes you with insatiable pleasure. Every encounter grows sweeter, every dance deepens the craving, every temptation tastes like more.

Sloth bestows the serpent's oldest magic: effortless allure. Unhurried confidence. The intoxicating power of never having to chase what willingly comes to you and terrifyingly tantric power over time.

Accepted:

Themed interpretations of: formal/black tie, ballgowns, fetish gear, kink wear, couture, elevated Halloween-inspired costume, vintage glamour, elegant clubwear, gothic finery, drag, full lingerie, nearly nude, masquerade, body paint.

Exclusions:

Anything pedestrian and unrelated to the theme, example: urban/streetwear, blue jeans, sneakers, flip flops, tacky Halloween masks, shorts and t-shirts, sportswear, or anything that leaves us feeling that you made no effort.

Remember that the magic we create relies on participation, and the shared suspension of reality. This is a themed event - the dress-code is enforced to allow you to leave your old self at the door and adopt a new incognito identity to carry you into the night.

Minimum requirement:

Dress to the theme, be bold, express yourself, feel sexy, and above all make an effort; you are divine art - act like it. No effort = no entry
