Past pupils, staff and friends of Marist Brothers College, Holy Rosary Convent, Trinity High School, and St Dominic’s Priory School: join us for a night of nostalgia and celebration. Reconnect with classmates, relive cherished memories, and enjoy a delicious 2-course meal in our beautiful Ryan Centre. Starter Options:

Smoked chicken and winter pear salad with a honey-mustard dressing.

OR

Roasted butternut and sage soup with crème fraiche, toasted pumpkin seeds and mini roosterbrood. (v)

Main Options:

Slow-roasted pulled lamb shanks in a fennel, white wine and garlic sauce served on top of creamy wild mushroom risotto with fresh thyme and parmesan shavings.

OR

Chicken roulade stuffed with spinach, feta and pepperdews served with a pan jus, herb-infused couscous and oven-roasted balsamic vegetables.

Melanzane Parmigiana (layers of aubergines, tomato sauce topped with breaded pecorino gratin). (v)
