EVENT TERMS & CONDITIONS
General Entry
- Strictly 18 years and older. Valid identification may be requested at the entrance.
- Right of Admission Reserved.
- The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to, or remove from the venue, any person whose behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive, intoxicated, or offensive, without refund.
- No pets are permitted, except registered service animals.
Cooler Boxes & Alcohol
- Cooler boxes, camping chairs and gazebos are welcome.
- Please drink responsibly.
Safety & Security
- No weapons, fireworks, dangerous objects, illegal substances or other prohibited items are permitted.
- Security personnel may conduct bag searches upon entry.
- Anyone refusing a search may be denied entry.
- Security personnel reserve the right to confiscate any prohibited items.
Weather Policy
As this is an outdoor event, it will proceed in most weather conditions.
Should severe weather or any circumstance beyond the organisers' reasonable control make it unsafe or impossible to continue, the organisers reserve the right to:
- Delay the event;
- Suspend performances;
- Relocate activities where reasonably possible;
- Postpone the event; or
- Cancel the event.
The organisers' decision shall be final.
Cancellation, Postponement & Refunds
The organisers shall not be held liable for any cancellation, postponement or interruption of the event caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including, but not limited to:
- Severe weather;
- Flooding;
- Fire;
- Government restrictions;
- Public health emergencies;
- Venue closure;
- Utility failures;
- Acts of God;
- Civil unrest; or
- Any other force majeure event.
Where reasonably possible, the event will be rescheduled, and all valid tickets will automatically remain valid for the new event date.
Should the organisers elect to offer refunds following a postponement or cancellation, such refunds will be processed in accordance with Quicket's refund policies and procedures.
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed through Quicket using the original payment method or in accordance with Quicket's refund procedures. Where required, ticket purchasers will receive communication directly from Quicket requesting any information necessary to complete the refund.
The organisers are unable to process refunds directly and shall not be responsible for delays resulting from outstanding information required by Quicket, the purchaser, or the purchaser's financial institution.
The organisers' responsibility is fulfilled once the refund request has been submitted to Quicket. Thereafter, the processing and payment of the refund are administered by Quicket in accordance with its policies and procedures.
Please note:
- Quicket booking/service fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
- Where applicable, Quicket's refund processing fee may be deducted from the refundable ticket value.
- Any applicable Quicket fees are charged and retained by Quicket and are not retained by the organisers.
- Any refund request period or deadline will be communicated by the organisers at the time of postponement or cancellation.
The organisers reserve the right to offer refunds, partial refunds, ticket transfers, ticket credits, or any other reasonable remedy where appropriate and in accordance with applicable South African law.
Photography & Media
By entering the event, attendees consent to being photographed and/or filmed.
Photographs and video footage may be used by the Thurlow Marsh Foundation, HangAwt on Beet, sponsors, and promotional partners for future marketing and promotional purposes without compensation.
Parking
Parking is entirely at the owner's risk.
Neither the organisers nor the venue accept responsibility for theft, loss, or damage to any vehicle or its contents.

The DJ line-up, artists and event programme remain subject to change without prior notice.
No refunds will be issued due to artist substitutions or programme changes.
Tickets
- Tickets remain valid for any rescheduled event unless otherwise communicated by the organisers.
- Tickets are generally non-refundable, except where refunds are offered at the organisers' discretion or where required by applicable South African law.
- Any refunds offered will be processed in accordance with Quicket's refund policies, including any applicable non-refundable booking fees and refund processing fees.
- Tickets may only be transferred through Quicket's official ticket transfer system.
- Tickets purchased from third parties are entirely at the purchaser's own risk.
- Only tickets purchased through Quicket are guaranteed to be valid.
Liability
Entry to the event is entirely at your own risk.
The organisers, venue, sponsors, volunteers, contractors and partners shall not be liable for:
- Personal injury;
- Illness;
- Death (except where liability cannot legally be excluded);
- Theft;
- Loss of personal belongings;
- Damage to property; or
- Any indirect or consequential loss or damage.
All attendees voluntarily assume the risks associated with attending the event.
Final Clause
By purchasing a ticket and entering the venue, attendees acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
Should the event be cancelled and unable to be rescheduled due to circumstances beyond the organisers' reasonable control, refunds, ticket credits or alternative remedies will be dealt with in accordance with applicable South African law and the policies of the official ticketing platform.
The organisers reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version shall apply and will be published on the official event page.
