Jeffrey Armstrong & Friends
Wellington-born violinist Jeffrey Armstrong returns to his hometown from Germany for a special chamber music recital, joined by pianist Henley Jun and cellist Nicola McLachlan.
The programme features works by Franz Schubert, Claude Debussy and Felix Mendelssohn, bringing together three masterpieces of the chamber music repertoire in an intimate afternoon concert.
Jeffrey Armstrong is currently based in Germany, where he studies at the Hochschule für Musik, Theater und Medien Hannover. A First Prize winner of the 2021 UNISA National Strings Competition, he has performed as a soloist with several of South Africa's leading orchestras.
