FIVE DAYS OF AGRICULTURE, ANIMALS, INNOVATION AND FAMILY DISCOVERY

Celebrate the Royal Agricultural Society’s 175th anniversary as the Royal Show begins an exciting new chapter at Tweedie Hall in the KwaZulu-Natal Midlands.

From Wednesday 7 to Sunday 11 October 2026, the Show will bring together championship animals, agricultural knowledge, practical demonstrations, premium South African products, outdoor attractions, food, and family-friendly experiences.

WHAT TO LOOK FORWARD TO

Highlights currently confirmed for the 2026 Royal Show include:

• The Royal Pavilion – a farm-to-table showcase of premium products
• The Bull Pen – a high-energy showcase where outdoor adventure, off-road power and rugged capability flex their muscle
• Championship livestock competitions, including the Dormer National Championship
• The Royal Fat Stock Show and prestigious Royal Carcass Competition and Auction
• A Poultry Expo and full Rabbit Show
• Agricultural research, education and hands-on discovery
• An exciting 4×4 track with multiple vehicle brands
• Sheep-shearing and other practical demonstrations
• Delicious food, refreshments and family-friendly attractions; and
• Special features marking the Society’s 175th anniversary.

Further attractions and the detailed day-by-day programme will be released progressively as arrangements are confirmed.

Early Bird Tickets are available until the 7th September 2026.

Online tickets are now available:

• Adults (18+): R90
• Pensioners (over 60): R70
• Children (6 to 17) R70
• Children under 6 are Free

Tickets will be available at the gate.

Venue: Tweedie Hall, near Howick, KwaZulu-Natal Midlands

Opening times: 9 am to 5 pm daily

Parking: R20 per vehicle payable at the Gate

Accessibility: Access via the R103 and Petrus Stroom Road

Tickets are valid for single entry. No passouts.

Animal participation will be managed in accordance with the applicable animal-health requirements.
