TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Tickets
- Tickets are sold online only. No tickets will be sold at the door.
- Tickets are limited to 150 guests only.
- Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organisers.
Entry
- Proof of ticket purchase must be presented at entry.
- Right of admission reserved.
- No illegal substances, weapons, or firearms allowed on the premises.
- No smoking inside the venue.
- Guests may be searched for safety purposes.
Age Restriction
- Regrettably, no persons under the age of 18 will be permitted to attend this event.
- Valid ID or proof of age may be requested at entry.
- Any inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the venue without refund.
Alcohol & Conduct
- Cash bar available on the premises.
- No alcohol may be brought onto the premises.
- Please drink responsibly.
- Guests are welcome to bring snacks, however there is a restaurant on the premises. Please ensure payment is made when placing orders.
- Any person causing damage, fighting, harassment, or disruptive behaviour will be removed immediately without refund.
Liability
- Neither Vibe Junction Events nor Cozy Corner will be liable for any injury to persons or damage to property.
- Attendees park vehicles at own risk. Organisers and venue staff will not be held liable for theft, loss, or damage to vehicles or personal belongings.
Media
- Photos and videos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes.
- By attending, guests consent to appearing in event media unless otherwise requested in advance.
Event Changes
- Event details may change without prior notice if necessary.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the organisers' control, the organisers reserve the right to postpone or cancel the event.

TABLE SEATING
Table Seating
Seating is allocated on a shared-table basis. Each table accommodates up to 6 guests.
Guests who purchase fewer than 6 tickets may be seated with other attendees. For example, if one booking consists of 4 tickets and another consists of 2 tickets, those guests may be seated together at the same table.
Guests wishing to have a private table must purchase all 6 seats at that table.
No table reservations are available. Seating is on a first-come, first-seated basis, subject to the shared-table arrangement.
