Also on the bill will be a high-intensity warm-up, yoga, partner workout with Pop Up Gym, Afro-Pop Gumboot Dance and an all-new-to-SA rocking boxing work-out, Rumble...
The Queen of Fitspo Mapule Ndhlovu will also be joining us (obvs) for pop-up fitness challenges, as will WH High Five Guy, Johry Batt.

An amazing goodie bag will consist of a training vest, yoga mat, skipping rope and water!

Women’s Health Fit Night Out is powered by adidas.

Happy shopping. Happy sweating. Happy socialising!

Add R10 To Help An Underprivileged Child

We’ve partnered with Earthchild Project, an organisation that’s been teaching yoga to children in underprivileged areas around Cape Town for over ten years. Through yoga and meditation, as well as outings that Earthchild Project arranges, the children have learnt to respect themselves, their bodies and the environment. Their yoga classes have also become a support group and peaceful outlet for coping with the challenges of their daily reality. Many Earthchild Project alumni have become yoga teachers themselves. Others have used it as a springboard to travel and study, through contacts they’ve made. Nearly all the children credit yoga with inspiring them to make better choices in life. Just R200 gives a child yoga lessons for a year. You can help! Add a R10 donation to your FNO ticket by purchasing the Support Earthchild Project  ticket. All R10 sponsorships will go to Earthchild Project in their entirety.
