Dear Sister,
This Women's Day we are gathering 100 women on a rooftop in the heart of Cape Town not to celebrate how much we do, but to restore who we are.
We will come together in circle around a rose mandala, using the Conscious Connected Breath to come into one coherent field of connection. From there we can drop deeper into the wisdom of the body, deeper into rest and restoration, and remember that we are not separate from one another, from the Earth, or from the generations who will inherit the consequences of our choices.
Talitha Kotzé will guide us through the Rose Mandala Breath Experience, a ceremonial journey of breathing together in pairs beneath the African sky, at the foot of our beloved Table Mountain inside a living rose mandala built from our own roses, prayers, and intentions. Weather permitting, the rooftop will open to the sky above and the breath will move through the body like a tide, releasing what has accumulated, restoring what has been depleted, and returning woman to herself.
The rose is our guide through this experience. She is ancient, a mandala in her own right, fragrant, and carries one of the highest frequencies on the planet - a living mirror of the feminine in her fullness. As each woman places her rose in the centre, a mandala will take shape around us, and we will be transformed by it. At the close of the morning, each woman will carry a rose home, a piece of the field we built together, a reminder of what was felt there.
You will arrive as a woman who gives. You will leave as a woman who has received.
Expect deep rest. Expect to feel held. Expect to leave lighter, clearer, and more yourself so you may carry that love and peace further out into the world.
This gathering is a gift, there is no charge to attend.
It is offered freely, in the spirit of Women’s Day, as an act of restoration for women who give and give, and who deserve, more than anything, to receive.

Attendance is by invitation only, limited to 100 women.
What to bring: a blanket, cushion to sit on, bottle of water, journal and pen (optional), dress warm. Please bring two roses for the mandala, representing a prayer for yourself and a collective prayer for the women of South Africa.

ROSE MANDALA BREATH EXPERIENCE FACILITATOR
Talitha Kotzé is a heart-led creative visionary and curator of transformational events.
Currently based in Cape Town, South Africa, her career has spanned both the wellness and creative industries, shaped by a deep reverence for the intelligence of the body, the rhythms of nature, and the unseen threads that connect human beings to themselves, one another, and the earth.
Her facilitation work centres around Conscious Connected Breathwork as a pathway toward nervous system restoration, emotional integration, presence, and transformation. Talitha creates immersive experiences that invite participants into deeper relationship with breath, body, capacity to feel, and the sacred feminine.
In September 2026 she travels to the UK to represent South Africa at The Heart of the Rose Festival, a women’s festival to honour the way of the Heart, the wild mysteries of the Feminine, and the Feminine path of Awakening, to remember this path of embodied love together.
