Your ticket unlocks unlimited access to our weekemd lineup of movement classes, interactive workshops, inspiring talks, and creative experiences — from yoga and Qi-Gong to foraging, dance, art, meditation, sound journeys, and more.

MOVE – Dance, yoga, Pilates, bootcamp, biokinetics, and kundalini sessions to energise your body and lift your spirit.

LEARN – Talks and workshops on nutrition, meditation, kinesiology, creativity, and self-development.

EXPLORE – Get out in nature, grounding through creative play, art murals, and sound experiences.

CONNECT – Find your community and reconnect with nature, people, music and your self.

Final programme line up to be released in the lead up to the event.

Set against rolling KZN Midlands hills, The Old Mushroom Farm offers fresh air, beautiful views, and unique spaces to explore between sessions.
