Secret Sunrise Durban - Boogie and Flow

Greetings Secret Sunrisers!

Welcome to Secret Sunrise Boogie and Flow with Jane! Jane will be leading the yoga, which is aimed at even those who have never tried before! You will be taught the poses and how to do them, then we will string them together and you'll learn to flow!

The boogie will be Jane and Jax bringing the Joy!

This is a once off two-in-one event where you get to try both of our signature events in a special 90min event!

We will do our signature dance and then a beginner yoga flow with our music and headphones so you can experience what our yoga is like and be taught the poses
