Lamabali

Lamabali blends poetry, music, movement and immersive multimedia into a singular theatrical

experience. The work explores repair and recalibration, interrogating notions of displacement, historical

harm and testimony through archiving, naming and honouring lived experience. Lamabali seeks to

reclaim narrative as a reparative act while engaging with structural inequalities through poems that

reference systemic violence, colonial legacies and intergenerational resilience - reflecting the possibility of

substantive cultural and social repair.
