Dearly Beloved Brother

Dearly Beloved Brother follows eighteen-year-old Freddy Bateman as he struggles to make sense of the sudden death of his beloved older brother, Richard. While sorting through Richard’s belongings, Freddy discovers a hidden box containing photographs, letters and memories linked to a mysterious young woman named Annabelle. He embarks on a journey to find her and return what he believes belongs to her. As Freddy retraces Richard’s final months through fragments of the past, he becomes increasingly obsessed with uncovering the truth about his brother’s relationship with Annabelle and what happened on the night of his death. What begins as a search for answers evolves into an exploration of grief, memory and the complicated legacies we leave behind.
