Kate is an Ayurvedic lifestyle consultant and holistic wellness coach, supporting individuals in creating a way of living that feels balanced and aligned. Her approach brings together the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda with modern coaching practices, guiding you back to your body’s natural rhythms and supporting lasting, meaningful wellbeing.
Kheyrne Danu
Kheyrne Danu is a holistic hormone coach and trauma-informed somatic embodiment coach who has spent the last 20 years studying the best ways to support women’s innate needs. Kheyrne is focused on reconnecting women with their intrinsic feminine intelligence to heal old stories and ignite our vital energy. Kheyrne supports women in healing anxiety, burnout, and hormone issues, as well as supporting empowered pregnancy, birth and postpartum.
Lakita Scharnick
Lakita is an embodied healing facilitator, yoga teacher and space holder who creates nurturing experiences that invite deep rest, self-connection, and transformation. Through somatic practices, yoga, nature, ritual and reflective processes, she gently facilitates experiences that support people in finding their own way back to themselves, cultivating spaces where healing, authenticity and meaningful connection can unfold. At Nourishing Her, Lakita will be guiding the Yin Yoga session offering a gentle invitation into presence, softening and deep rest. Through breath, stillness and long-held postures you'll be supported to slow down and reconnect with yourself.
