How many times have you said "yes" when you really wanted to say "no"?
Maybe you've agreed to extra work when you were already overwhelmed. Perhaps you've tolerated behaviour that made you uncomfortable. Or maybe you've spent years putting everyone else's needs ahead of your own, only to end up feeling exhausted, resentful, and unseen.
If that sounds familiar, you're not alone.
Many people struggle to set healthy boundaries, not because they don't know how, but because they feel guilty doing it.
This practical and empowering mini workshop will help you understand why boundary guilt happens, how to communicate your needs confidently, and how to stop equating self-respect with selfishness.
During this interactive session, you'll learn:
- Why saying "no" often feels so uncomfortable
- The difference between healthy boundaries and selfish behaviour
- How guilt keeps people trapped in people-pleasing patterns
- Simple and effective boundary-setting scripts
- Practical communication techniques you can use immediately
- How to protect your time, energy, and emotional well-being without shame
You'll also have the opportunity to practice boundary-setting in a safe, supportive environment through guided exercises and roleplay activities.
This workshop is ideal for anyone who:
