The cold weather might have arrived, but it certainly isn't going to deter our mission of being outside, moving our bodies, and enjoying this beautiful city we call Johannesburg.

So layer up, grab your gloves, and join us for another social ride this July. Because honestly, some of the best rides happen in winter, crisp mornings, blue skies, and that feeling of warming up with every pedal stroke.

Whether you've been riding with us for years or have been looking for a sign to join us for the first time, this is your open invitation.

Come laugh, chat, and remind yourself that joy doesn't hibernate.

No pressure, no racing - just good people, good vibes, and a love for being outside.

The ride will start and end at Cycle Boutique, 44 Stanley, on Saturday, 25th July 2026, at 09:00 for 09:30. There is ample parking in the area.

A few gentle tips to help you enjoy the ride:

• Come fuelled, cycling takes energy, so make sure you’ve had something to eat beforehand
• Bring along small snacks or electrolytes to keep your energy up along the way
• The weather can be unpredictable, so sunscreen and a hat are always a good idea, or even a jacket for when it's nippy
• Wear whatever feels comfortable; this isn’t a spandex-only kind of ride
• It’s beginner-friendly, but it does ask a little courage, come open to trying something new

A few things to note:

• No walk-ins, bikes, and helmets are prepared based on bookings, and if the event is marked as sold out, then there are no more bikes left to hire out. Unless you have your own bike, which you can bring along

• Knowing your height helps us get the right fit for you (you can pop into Cycle Boutique at 44 Stanley if you’re unsure before the ride)

• Spots are limited and work on a first-come, first-served basis to keep things fair for everyone
