FIC INSPECTION
- Inspection in terms of section 45B of the Financial Intelligence Centre Act 38 of 2001 (the FIC Act)
- Information to be submitted (RMCP & Forms)
- Documentation to be submitted (RMCP & Forms)
- Inspection Questionnaire (8 Compliance obligations)
- Preliminary inspection findings/report
- Final inspection findings/report
- Required remedial action
- Non-compliance
- Actions or omissions that may lead to criminal prosecution and/or an administrative sanction
- Object to the inspection
PPRA INSPECTION on PPA/PPR/FIC and Code of Conduct
- By the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA) to conduct an inspection in terms of section 25(2) of the Property Practitioners Act, 22 of 2019 (the PP Act).
- Compliance or non-compliance of PPA & PPR (and Code of Conduct)
- Documentation to be available/accessible
- Employees and management to be present
- Minor Compliance Notice - remedy and/or fine
- Substantial contraventions notice - Notice of Adjudication - You will have to appear before an Independent Adjudicator who has the authority to adjudicate the dispute so formulated by the PPRA.
