Sweat for Science 2026
Move for Health. Move for Science. Move for Change.
Sweat for Science is an annual fundraising challenge hosted by The Noakes Foundation in celebration of Prof Tim Noakes' birthday and his lasting legacy in sport science, nutrition, and public health.
This July, we invite you to join a global community committed to better health and meaningful impact. The challenge is simple: dedicate at least 30 minutes a day to movement throughout the month of July. Whether you choose to walk, run, cycle, swim, hike, dance, do CrossFit, or participate in any other form of physical activity, every step counts.
By participating, you are not only investing in your own health and well-being but also supporting The Noakes Foundation's research, education, and community outreach initiatives that help improve lives through evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle interventions.
What you'll receive:
- A Digital Goodie Bag packed with valuable resources
- A Certificate of Participation
- Entry into a Lucky Draw
- Your name featured on our official Sweat for Science Wall of Honour on The Noakes Foundation website
