Karoo Kronkels

Karoo Kronkels: The concert will be presented by the Heydeburg Orchestra in Port Elizabeth on 1 August 2026 at the NMU South-campus auditorium and will focus on Afrikaans music (Kunslied), highlighting the contribution of Professor Chris Lamprecht as a leading South African composer and academic.

This concert represents a meaningful collaboration between the Heydenrych Orchestra, Prof Chris Lamprecht’s artistic legacy, and the ATKV.

Bekende soliste en kore wat gaan optree, sluit die volgende in: Lucretia Sikwebu, Karika Louw, James van der Merwe; asook die skoolkore van Astra Primêr, Newtonpark laerskool en Hoërskool Andrew Rabie.
