At ASHES we host curated morning events where women can finally put themselves on that ‘to-do’ list, and break away from the week’s demands for a blissful Saturday morning. Filled with nourishment, movement, education and meaningful connections at a new and beautiful venue each month.

You get a pilates mat class, chef-prepared nutrition, recipes and educative health talks by our team of specialized professionals which include topics such as; gut health, hormone balancing, fertility, longevity and so much more. To top it off, we always give away exciting prizes.
