What are the ticket prices?

Can I attend only Friday or only Saturday?

Absolutely! If you can only attend one session, we'd still love to have you.

Flourish is designed as one conference experience across Friday evening and Saturday morning, so we'd encourage you to join us for both if you can. While the theme carries through the weekend, each session has its own unique message and you'll still be encouraged and equipped, even if you're only able to attend one of the days.

The ticket price remains the same however, whether you attend one or both days, as it covers the overall conference experience, including our guest speaker, production, conference resources, catering, and many behind-the-scenes costs. Unfortunately, we're unable to offer reduced pricing for partial attendance.

I bought a ticket but can no longer make it. Can I get a refund?

We're sorry you won't be able to join us! Unfortunately, tickets are non-refundable. You're welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend so they can enjoy the conference in your place. If you'd prefer us to release your ticket to someone else, please email us at [email protected] and we'll do our best to help.

Will food be available?

Yes! Your conference ticket includes barista-made coffee on both Friday evening and Saturday morning, along with a selection of light refreshments, a few sweet treats and a light breakfast snack on Saturday morning.

Please note that dinner will not be served on Friday evening, so we encourage you to eat beforehand.

Do you cater for dietary requirements?

We'll have a selection of refreshments available, but unfortunately we're unable to cater for all dietary requirements. If you have specific dietary needs or allergies, you're welcome to bring along food or snacks that work best for you.

What is the programme?

We’re still working behind the scenes to finalise the programme, but we guarantee that there is something for ladies of all ages and stages of life!

Friday: 19:00 - 21:00

Saturday: 09:00 - 12:30

We'll be announcing our speakers and some other conference sneak peaks closer time.

Can I reserve my seat?

To help create the best experience for everyone, seating is unreserved, and we won't be opening the auditorium before the session begins.

Both Friday evening and Saturday morning will begin outside on the deck, where you can enjoy a barista-made coffee and refreshments while connecting with other women before we begin. When it's time to start, we'll open the auditorium doors and welcome everyone in together.

What's the registration process?

1. Registration opens 30 minutes before the conference starts on Friday and Saturday.
2. Bring your ticket with you (please print out the ticket that was emailed to you by Quicket or have it visible on your phone).
3. Swop your ticket for a conference band at the registration area.

If you’ve forgotten your ticket at home, one of our Flourish Registration Volunteers will be able to assist you.

Where do I park?

Parking is available inside the school parking area as well as along the road outside the school. We recommend arriving a little early to allow time for parking and registration before the conference begins.

Our parking team will be on hand to guide you to available parking and help us be considerate of our neighbours. We'd really appreciate your kindness and cooperation by following their directions.

Is there a Kids' Programme?

No, there won't be a Kids' Programme at the conference. As Flourish is designed to give women the opportunity to fully engage, rest, connect and encounter God, we'd encourage you to arrange childcare if you're able to.

That said, we recognise that for breastfeeding moms, it isn't always possible to be away from their baby. If you're a breastfeeding mom with a baby, we'd love for you to still join us! We'll have a comfortable Feeding Room available where you can feed, change and care for your little one while staying connected to everything happening in the main auditorium via a live video and audio feed.

Is the venue accessible?

Absolutely. If you're pregnant, have limited mobility, require wheelchair access, or have any other accessibility needs, we'd love to help make your Flourish experience as comfortable as possible.Please get in touch with us before the conference at [email protected].

Will there be conference merchandise?

Yes! We're busy finalising this year's Flourish conference merchandise and can't wait to share it with you!

Once it's ready, we'll add it to Quicket so you can pre-order and collect it at the conference. Pre-ordering is the best way to secure what you'd like, as we'll only have a limited quantity available to purchase at the event.
