Business Foundations

Business Foundations is an in-person workshop experience for women business owners who have already built something real, and now want to build the next layer with more clarity, structure and confidence.

If your business is running, money is moving, decisions are waiting, and you know it is time to stop guessing your way through the financial side, this workshop was created for you.

This is not a boring accounting or bookkeeping workshop.

It is a practical, guided experience designed to help you step back, see your business more clearly, and understand what needs strengthening so you can grow the right way.

Over the workshop experience, we will look at the real financial side of running a business, including your numbers, your patterns, your decisions, your goals and the way your business is currently supporting you.

You do not need to be “good with numbers” to join.

You do need to have a business that is already operating, so that there is real activity, real information and real decisions to work with.

Business Foundations will help you:

• understand what is really happening in your business

• connect the dots between your money, decisions and growth

• identify where your foundations may need strengthening

• make more grounded decisions with less guessing

• feel more confident looking at the financial side of your business

• build with more intention, structure and support

Core Workshop

Early bird: R4 000 until 30 June

Full price: R4 500 from 1 July

Premium Workshop

Early bird: R7 000 until 30 June

Full price: R8 000 from 1 July

Payment plans are available.

Two-part payment plan: 50% on booking and 50% before Session 2, with a 5% admin fee.

Three-part payment plan: 40% on booking, 30% before Session 1 and 30% before Session 2, with a 10% admin fee.
