A Soul Circle Fundraiser Evening in aid of Thembalitsha Children's Book Club

Great music, delicious food, plenty of tropical fun and the knowledge that you've helped feed a hungry child and unlock a future reader. That's an evening well spent!

Soul Circle invites you to a midwinter celebration with a twist. Think black tie meets beach holiday. Evening dress with a sun hat, suit with an inflatable flamingo or snorkel. Yes, really!

This evening is held in loving memory of Jean-Louis - artist, philanthropist and a beloved friend of Thembalitsha and Soul Circle.

WHEN: Saturday 15 August 2026 | 5:30 pm – 11:00 pm

WHERE: Forest 44 at La Pinetta, Stellenbosch

DRESS CODE: Black Tie with a Touch of Tropical

TICKETS: R550 pp or R350 for students, includes a three-course dinner and live band & DJ! Tickets exclude drinks. Cash bar available.

All proceeds go directly to the Thembalitsha Children's Book Club, based at Kuyasa Public Library in Khayelitsha. The programme feeds and educates children aged 4–18, combining nutritious meals with reading sessions and literacy activities; because children can't learn when they're hungry.
