Lace up your shoes and join us for Run for Hope 2026, a community event where every kilometre makes a difference!

Whether you're chasing a new personal best, preparing for a bigger race, enjoying an active morning with friends, or bringing the whole family along for the 5km Fun Run, there's a distance for everyone. This year's theme is Carry Hope Further.

Run for Hope is more than a race. It's an opportunity to use your run to make a lasting impact. Every entry supports the work of Hope Nation as we bring hope through education, healthcare and community development in communities across South Africa. If you'd like to take your impact even further, you'll also have the opportunity to invite friends, family and colleagues to sponsor your run. We'll provide everything you need to get started, making it easy to turn your kilometres into hope for others.

Distances

21km – Ideal for runners looking for a quality training run ahead of marathon season.

15km – A great endurance challenge.

10km – Perfect for runners of all levels.

5km Family Fun Run – Walk, jog or run together. Open to all ages.
