Join us for the second iteration of our relaxed, hands-on mini haiku collage session at The Commons.
It will be a slow, creative morning allowing you to make and connect with yourself and others. This session is centred around cutting and layering paper and text to create intuitive, personal and poetic pieces. Whether you’re new to collage or already enjoy collaging, the session is open to all and designed to be casual and welcoming :)
All materials will be provided, including a selection of papers, textures, and tools. You are welcome to bring additional materials and tools if you so wish.
There will also be a small thrift pop-up with carefully curated pieces, so you can get crafty and thrifty at the same time! The café at The Commons will also be open for purchasing of drinks and light meals throughout the morning.
We will be making in the gallery space at the Commons, there will be signage to direct you.
