Winter Workshop: Wonderful Earthworms

Get ready to dig beneath the surface and discover the hidden world of earthworms.

Children will learn about the important role earthworms play in the garden, where they live, what they eat, and how they help create healthy soil for plants to grow. We'll observe their shapes, movements, and underground habitats while exploring the farm's living ecosystem.

Creative Activity: Children will take part in an earthworm-inspired printmaking activity, creating unique artworks based on their discoveries.

This workshop combines science, creativity, and outdoor exploration to help children develop a greater appreciation for the small creatures that keep our gardens thriving.

Please dress for winter weather. Rain jackets, gumboots, and a change of clothes are recommended.
