What does leadership look like in today’s world? How do young people become leaders who are grounded in who they are, live with purpose, and positively influence the spaces around them?

GLS Next Gen is a transformational leadership experience designed for the next generation. Through worship, practical input, meaningful conversations, and community, we want to help young people discover what it means to be locked in to their identity, purpose, and influence.

This conference is for students, young adults, dreamers, creatives, leaders, and anyone wanting to grow in confidence, faith, and leadership. Whether you already see yourself as a leader or are still figuring things out, GLS Next Gen is an invitation to take your next step.

Over two days, attendees will experience:

• Powerful worship moments

• Inspiring talks and practical leadership input

• Interactive workshops

• Small groups and breakout rooms

• Conversations around faith, purpose, leadership, and influence

• Opportunities to connect with other young leaders

This year’s theme, Locked In, is about becoming rooted in who you are, intentional about where you’re going, and committed to making a difference where God has placed you.
