Women’s Month is a time we hold close to our hearts, a chance to honour the strength, individuality, and unwavering resilience of every woman.
This year's event we’re going bigger and better! Think of a curated space where women come together to reflect, recharge and rise through movement, mindful moments and real conversations. Joined by some of South Africa’s most influential women and our incredible Motherkind community, who’ve been with us since day one, this uplifting morning promises energising workouts, powerful discussions led by a panel of experts and an atmosphere filled with positivity, purpose and celebration.
