Hey Friends 

We have another Silent Disco yoga on the way!  
This truly is a wonderful way of immersing yourself in a completely unique yoga experience.  You get to drift into a blissful world of  movement, music and breath while we guide you through a delicious vinyasa flow session. 
Jamie will be joining us from Barcelona to tech the class.
All levels of yoga are welcome

The session will take place at the Vegan Market at Pirates Club in Parkhurst. 

You will be able to grab a juice or healthy breakfast after the yoga and spend the morning among friends at this lovely market if you wish.
Please remember to bring your mat.
