Event Definition

• Format: Two-day intensive assessment camps for U16 & U18 athletes.
• Focus: Strength & Conditioning (S&C), rugby-specific technical drills, tactical evaluations, and holistic player education.
• Deliverable: Each participant receives a comprehensive player profile.

• Create clarity of purpose for aspiring athletes by identifying strengths, development areas, and support.
• Develop complete player profiles through physical testing and technical evaluation.
