R&B Only Lunch returns for a special Women’s Day experience.

This Women’s Day, Head Quarterz brings the R&B Only Lunch experience to Terrace Rooftop for a premium daytime celebration filled with timeless R&B, rooftop energy, good food, drinks, and a grown, stylish crowd.

Over the years, R&B Only Lunch has become one of Cape Town’s favourite daytime R&B experiences. From sold-out editions to multiple venues, dates, and unforgettable singalong moments, thousands of guests have been part of the journey since it began.

Now we return for another special edition, this time celebrating Women’s Day.

Expect the R&B classics you grew up with, the slow jams you still feel, the singalongs that take over the room, and the kind of atmosphere that reminds you why music from that era will never die.

This is a 30+ experience created for mature men and women who enjoy good music, good company, and a beautiful setting without needing to be out until the early hours of the morning.

And that’s the beauty of it. You can enjoy a full premium daytime experience and still be home before 10pm… unless we decide to let the night continue somewhere else.
