A Limited Edition Masterclass | 4 Night Classes | 5 PM – 8 PM | Observatory, Cape Town | R 8,000
This is lamination taken to its artistic limit. Over four consecutive evenings, you laminate, fold, and shape your own croissants from scratch and produce a stunning variety of flavoured and coloured laminated pastries, guided by Chef Serena Obadia in her Cape Town kitchen.
You will master the full lamination technique, hand shaping, the science of the layers, and the artistic finishing that sets professional pastry apart. This is not a demonstration. Every piece is built by your hands, to a professional standard.
