Part croissant. Part brioche. Entirely from scratch. In this limited edition class, you prepare, shape, and deep-fry your own brioche, guided by Chef Serena Obadia in her Cape Town kitchen. You will learn the fermentation secrets, master hand shaping, understand the science of the brioche, and fry and finish your pieces to perfection.
This is not a demonstration. Every step is yours, from the first mix to the final finish.
