Team PopUpGym will be bringing you a fantastic line up including yoga with Cara Lisa Sham, aerobics with Inge Viljoen (winner of Women's Health Next Fit Star, high energy fitness challenges by Mapule (@queenfitnass) and to end on a high, we'll be bringing GUMBOOT DANCE with Mpho Kunene (@33concepts) to Cape Town!! It sure will get your hearts pumping!! Plenty of great give aways to put a smile on your face.
