About Your Photographer

Your professional test shoot will be photographed by SJ van Zyl, an internationally recognised fashion and commercial photographer with more than 20 years of industry experience.

SJ is a Fujifilm Ambassador and award-winning photographer whose work has appeared across leading editorial and commercial platforms. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with brands and organisations including Miss South Africa, Wella, Fujifilm, Elinchrom International, Media24, KYKNET, VIA TV, and Catrice Cosmetics.

With extensive experience photographing models, campaigns, editorial features, and commercial advertising, SJ understands exactly what agencies and clients look for in professional portfolio imagery. Participants will receive expert direction throughout their shoot, ensuring they leave with strong, agency-quality images that showcase their potential.
