• Session 2: The Inner Warrior | Wisdom of Ancient India, developing inner strength, and the path of the peaceful warrior.
• Session 3: Concentration & Inner Awakening | Mysteries of Tibet and mental control as a tool for spiritual growth.
• Session 4: Crisis as a Tool for Growth | The timeless, practical psychological teachings of the Buddha.
• Session 5: Personal & Social Order | Confucius, individual ethics, and creating a better society.
• Session 6: The Symposium | A collaborative session to share ideas, with practical guidance for daily application.

To ensure a solid foundation, Parts 2 and 3 are exclusively available to those who have completed Part 1. Together, they form a complete roadmap for the modern urban philosopher:

• Part 2: Co-existence – Learning the vital art of living in the world, relating to others, and community harmony.
• Part 3: Building the Future – Discovering your unique place in the world and actively taking your place to create a better world.
